    You are:

     

    • A professional with strong customer relationship skills and an ability to build, develop and nurture business relationships with existing/new acquired customers
    • Experienced in ERP/software solution sales and/or consultative solution sales arenas. Cloud infrastructure experience a bonus.

    • An excellent communicator with solid customer interaction, verbal, and written skills

    Responsibilities

    • Market SmartDog support services to existing customers
    • Partner with Delivery Leads to build a strategic approach for every key opportunity including white space and heat mapping each account
    • Qualify every deal and hold customers accountable to a schedule in acknowledgement of SmartDog’s investment
    • Build meaningful relationships with existing SmartDog customers based on mutual respect by providing value including quarterly business reviews, leading road-mapping sessions and treating them fairly
    • Engage with SmartDog clients, partners and our Oracle network on a variety of sales campaigns as they apply to SmartDog service offerings
    • Create awareness regarding webinars, events and other SmartDog initiatives within the Oracle community
    • Support SmartDog's Customer Care and Sales initiatives
    • Quotations, proposals and estimates for assigned customers including Managed Service offerings
    • Update and populate sales data entry & administrative systems used for sales management reporting, tracking and metrics
    • Generate Custom Reports for installed accounts to update on service requests, subscription services and projects
    • Coordinate a strategic plan for customers and opportunities and socialize with SmartDog Sales Management teams
    • Manage escalation process from/to the customer & internal SmartDog resources
    • Coordinate and participate in customer presentations and meetings
    • Initiate and direct new customer Orientations, QBRs, Roadmaps and Health Checks as the need is identified
    • Market and communicate to customers and partners the advantages of leveraging SmartDog service offerings

    Qualifications

    • A strong ability to think strategically, constructing solutions that provide value to the customer and
      SmartDog
    • Minimum 8-10+ years relevant consultative sales/account management experience, preferably in
      Cloud infrastructure solution sales, ERP/software solution sales &/or consultative solution sales
      arenas
    • Ability to travel to meet personally with assigned customers
    • Strong customer relationship skills with ability to build, develop and nurture business relationships
      with existing/ new customers and multi- level contacts
    • Prior client/senior management interaction experiences via in person and phone communication
    • Experience with customer service escalation and customer issue resolution
    • Ability to be the internal point of contact for quotations, proposals for assigned customers
    • Possess excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Customer centric focus and professional service-oriented attitude
    • Team player who also excels as an individual contributor
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Power Point and SalesForce.com, social media
      tools and internet research tools
